Below are important details to ensure a smooth and positive experience: Procedures Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to settle into a calm, relaxed state. First-Time Clients: For your first session, you’ll need to complete a confidential intake form and sign a waiver. This ensures a personalized experience tailored to your health history and wellness goals. The intake form will be sent to your email as a Google Form prior to your appointment. Policies Privacy: Your confidentiality is my priority. All shared information during sessions and on intake forms remains strictly private. Respectful Space: I maintain a judgment-free, respectful environment with professional boundaries. Please communicate any preferences or boundaries regarding touch or comfort before, during, or after your session. Payments and Cancellations Payments: Payment is paid in full at the time of booking to ensure your appointment. Cancellations: Life happens, and I understand! Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Cancellations made within the 48 hour window of the appointment are non refundable. FAQs What should I wear? Loose, comfortable clothing is best for your session. How long is a session? Sessions typically last 60 minutes unless otherwise specified. Can I bring someone with me?
